Made using 100% Western Australian Lupin flour and a hint of beetroot, Gerry’s Low Carb pasta lets you enjoy your favourite pasta sauce without the heavy carbs and gluten. With some extra care when cooking, add Gerry’s pasta to your sauce direct from the packet and simmer for 2-3min max just before it is ready to serve, with some added liquid. Do not boil.
